Sellers are responsible for setting the prices of their products. All prices must be displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

Vital Health may charge a commission or service fee on sales made through the Platform. These fees will be clearly communicated during the Seller registration process.

4. Order Fulfillment

Sellers are responsible for the timely fulfillment of orders placed through the Website.

Products must be shipped in accordance with the agreed delivery times. Vital Health recommends using reliable delivery services to ensure fast and safe shipping.

Sellers must notify customers if there are any delays or issues while fulfilling an order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Sellers are required to comply with Vital Health’s Return and Refund Policy.

In the event of defective or damaged products, Sellers must provide replacements or issue refunds in accordance with the policy.

6. Quality Control

Sellers must ensure that their products meet the quality standards set by Vital Health.

If a product is found to be defective or of substandard quality, the Seller must take appropriate action, including offering a refund, replacement or other remedies.

7. Customer Service

Sellers must respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Providing excellent customer service is essential to maintaining a positive reputation on the platform.

8. Prohibited Products

Vital Health prohibits the sale of counterfeit or illegal products. Sellers must ensure that their products are genuine and meet all regulatory requirements.

Certain health and beauty products, such as unapproved medications or harmful substances, are not permitted for sale.

9. Seller Conduct

Sellers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful relationship with customers and Vital Health. Any unethical or illegal conduct, including fraud, harassment, or infringement of intellectual property rights, will result in suspension or termination of the seller account.

10. Seller Account Termination

Vital Health reserves the right to suspend or terminate a seller account for violating this policy, failing to comply with our terms, or failing to meet product standards.

Sellers may also terminate their account by notifying Vital Health in writing.
