1. Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused, unopened items in their original packaging.
• Personal care items and prescription medications are not returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
• To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

• If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund, at no additional cost.

4. Exchanges

• We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
